Ecole Phénix et Dragon (EPHEDRA) was founded by Matteo Pepe-Espert and seeks to promote and teach Chinese martial arts (Taiji Quan, Kung Fu) and Qi Gong, at a local, national, and international level. We organize meetings, competitions, seminars, as well as cultural activities related to Chinese martial arts and Qi Gong. We prefer a traditional approach and prioritise aspects related to health and martial arts. Competition is not a priority for us. However, every year before summer, an international tournament is organized with the participation of different associations (see our friends).
EPHEDRA is a source of information and training for its members, independent associations, who propose Kung Fu, Taiji Quan and Qi Gong classes in Paris and other locations, throughout the year.
