Qi Gong (pronounced Tchi Kong) is the origin of internal Chinese martial arts. Born more than 2000 years ago in China , it was known before as Dao Yin. It is a form of health energetic gymnastics closely related to traditional Chinese medicine and philosophy: The goal of Qi Gong is to use our inner strength to make the energy circulating along the meridians, channels of circulation of the Qi (energy) used in acupuncture. Thus, it allows the free flow of energy, calming emotions and physical balance. The exercises are made to strengthen the immune system and to prolong healthy life.

We practice regularly Qi Gong at the beginning or at the end of the Kung Fu classes.
