Here is a reminder of the different upcoming events in our association NOFØDRA..
- Sunday, March 8th: Kung Fu seminar with Erwan. From 9:30 to 16:00, we will work on the second Taolu (choreography) of Taiji Meihua Tang Lang Quan (our praying mantis style): Tang Lang Di Er Lu. The price for the seminar is 400 NOK and the deadline to register in the 1st of March.
- Sunday, March 8th: Chinese restaurant to celebrate the Chinese New Year at Pekin Sichuan. From 20:00. Please send an e-mail if you want to join. You’re very welcome to come with your family/friend.
- Saturday, April 18th: Qi Gong seminar with Matteo Pepe-Espert
- Sunday, April 19th: Kung Fu (Long staff and Nunchaku) with Matteo Pepe-Espert
- Saturday, June 6th: EPHEDRA tournament in Paris. This is our annual school’s tournament/gala, with a friendly tournament and a Chinese Martial Arts show prepared by the different associations invited. As usual, there will be a praying mantis seminar the day after (Sunday, June 7th) with Mario Mandra from Italy.
A trip to China is also planned for 2016 and more details about it have been sent by mail to all NOFØDRA members.
