Hello everyone,
Thursday 24th of September NOFØDRA is going to participate for the 4th time to the beautiful event Elvelangs i fakkellys.
From ca 20:00 to 22:00 we will perform Kung Fu, Taiji Quan and Qi Gong demos, close to Nydalen. Don’t hesitate to come and discuss with us, we will be happy to give you information about what we do and share with you our experience in Chinese Martial arts and Qi Gong.
