We mark the end of the training year with an open summer gathering for family, friends and
anyone curious about Chinese martial arts. Come along for informal demonstrations and a
shared buffet – entry is free.

PotLuck Buffet
After the demos we’ll share food together. If you would like to contribute, bring a small dish;
drinks and light snacks are provided by NOFØDRA. Remember any serving utensils your
dish might need.
