Friday, January 28th was the first day of the Chinese New Year. We’re entering the year of the Fire Rooster, seen as a year of opportunities to move forward and take important decisions. But in the end, it will be what you will make out of it! In this occasion NOFØDRA would like to wish you a fantastic year of the Fire Rooster, full of happiness, success in all your projects and, of course, a strong health for you and your families.
To celebrate this event, we will go to an Asian restaurant on Thursday (February 2nd), after the Qi Gong class.
