Program: Taiji Meihua Tang Lang Quan techniques
During this seminar we will cover basic techniques from our praying mantis style (Taiji Meihua Tang Lang Quan). We will cover techniques from the 12 keywords (principles of the mantis system), 12 flexible and 8 rigid methods. The seminar is accessible to everyone, even for people who never practiced Kung Fu before.
